Summary

Hometown Cable (“HTC”) is the exclusive, incumbent local service provider of bundled cable TV, high-speed Internet, security-alarm monitoring and telephone service (“quad-play”) to several large master-planned communities in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The Company has negotiated exclusive agreements with the master developers of newly constructed planned communities to provide over 30,000 homes with cable, high-speed Internet, wireline telephone service and alarm monitoring services. The units HTC currently has under contract are expected to be fully built over the next ten years. ABRY has partnered with two experienced media executives who successfully built and sold another cable franchise prior to HTC.
