$402 million issuance marks Abry’s fourth CLO in less than a year
BOSTON, MA, May 26, 2026 — Abry Partners (“Abry”), a Boston-based private equity and credit firm, today announced the pricing of its fourth collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”), Abry Liquid Credit CLO 2026-4, LLC (“ALC CLO 2026-4”). The transaction, with a total issuance of $402 million, brings Abry’s total CLO platform assets under management to over $1.6 billion and marks continued execution of the firm’s liquid credit strategy.
“When we launched this platform less than a year ago, we set out to build a programmatic CLO business that investors would trust across market cycles,” said Mike Ferrante, Managing Director and Head of Abry Liquid Credit. “With four transactions completed and over $1.6 billion in platform AUM, we are very pleased with our momentum to date. This transaction achieved a weighted average cost of capital competitive with Tier 1 CLO managers, and we continue to attract new capital, with 16 unique investors in CLO-4 and a total of 48 investors across the platform. We have built tremendous depth in our investor base and we intend to keep scaling, with additional transactions targeted before year-end.”
