Fadi Chehadé


Fadi Chehadé began working with Abry in 2016. Fadi is focused on strategic transactions in the digital information and Internet sector.  Prior to Abry, Fadi was President and CEO of ICANN, the global authority managing the Internet’s logical infrastructure.  Fadi founded several companies in the digital space, including Vocado which was purchased by Oracle in 2018 and Viacore which was acquired by IBM in 2006. He also founded and led RosettaNet, an IT Industry Coalition establishing pioneering standards for eBusiness.  Fadi also held corporate posts at AT&T, Ingram, and IBM where as General Manager, he led IBM’s Global Technology Services in the Middle East and Africa. He is currently Senior Advisor to The Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, a fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School, and serves on the boards of several organizations including Sentry Systems LLC, Interactions Corp, and the USC School on Public Diplomacy. Fadi received his M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University and his B.S. In Computer Science summa cum laude from New York University.
