Hispanic Yellow Pages Network Announces Washington, D.C. Acquisition
Boston (Sept 3, 2004) - Hispanic Yellow Pages Network LLC, led by
yellow page industry veterans Patrice Listfield and Luis Bermudez, has
closed on its acquisition of the leading independent Hispanic yellow
pages directory business serving the Washington, D.C., Maryland and
Northern Virginia markets.
As previously announced, HYP Network
has also completed its acquisitions of the leading independent Hispanic
yellow pages directory businesses serving Dallas and Houston, Orlando
and Tampa, and Chicago.
HYP Network is an investment venture
formed by ABRY Partners, Listfield and Bermudez in order to become the
leading independent provider of yellow page directories targeted to
Hispanic communities throughout the United States. The Company intends
to expand its operations to other leading Hispanic markets.
