Hispanic Yellow Pages Network Announces Chicago Acquisition

Boston (April 30, 2004) - Hispanic Yellow Pages Network LLC, led by yellow page industry veterans Patrice Listfield and Luis Bermudez, has closed on its acquisition of the leading independent Hispanic yellow pages directory business in Chicago, IL.

As previously announced, HYP Network also recently completed its acquisitions of the leading independent Hispanic yellow pages directory businesses in Dallas and Houston, TX and Orlando and Tampa, FL.

HYP Network is an investment venture formed by ABRY Partners, Listfield and Bermudez in order to become the leading independent provider of yellow page directories targeted to Hispanic communities throughout the United States. The Company intends to expand its operations to other leading Hispanic markets.
